Disappointed

Dear Roompot, my beach experience wijk aan zee was the worst experience I faced at Roompot. For two days I wasted time writing emails to talk about change or compensation, but so far no one has responded. I spend a lot of money to enjoy the holidays with my 3 year old son but unfortunately on the chosen date it rained a lot and my son became depressed because he couldnt leave the house. I understand that these circumstances are not up to Roompot to predict and that they are out of your hands, but as I am a frequent customer I think you could do something! It was frustrating for me to see my son crying for a week because he couldnt leave the house and couldnt swim at the beach, which is the thing he loves to do most. I would ask as a reward for a weekend in any house in Zeeland or even the house in Wijk aan Zee. I hope this outburst reaches someone who I can consider the sadness of a mother seeing her son crying because he cant play on the beach.

Nice for short vacation

The house itself was nice. I would really like a air conditioning and it would be better to have also a normal Queens bed instat of kids beds. A dog shower somewhere in the park would be perfect to get the sand out of the fur better. Relax chairs would be better then just normal ones at the balcony. And a sun protection at the balcony would be great as well.

Great location, returning staff is super friendly.

Strandurlaub

Netter Empfang an der Rezeption,obwohl etwas zu früh Schlüssel schon erhalten,Bollerwagen für Gepäck,Getränk in der Unterkunft,Sauberkeit,gute Küchenausstattung

Netter Service. Bei einem Problem, wird sofort geholfen. Am ersten Abend konnten wir das Bett nicht nutzen, da es kaputt war.Am nächsten Tag nach einem Anruf wurde es sofort repariert. Lage ist absolut ein Traum, auch die Nähe zu Amsterdam ist super. Schiffe beobachten am Noordpier

Reibungsloser Urlaub auch Verlängerung war problemlos möglich
